Joe catered for our family gathering recently and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From the initial contact through to the end of the meal everything was easy and relaxed but very professional. He provided a sample menu which we were all happy with but, with 12 of us and ages ranging from 4 to 90, one or two minor adjustments were made and this wasn’t a problem.
Joe was thoughtful and considerate, particularly with the grandchildren – asking at one point if the youngest should have his dessert served early.
On the day of the event Joe and Rob arrived on time and immediately put us at ease with their quiet efficiency and easy manner.
The meal was absolutely amazing. As Joe served each course he described it to us and, without exception, they were delicious.
After the meal everything was cleared up, dishwashers loaded and the kitchen left clean and tidy. Everything was immaculate.
I really can’t recommend Joe highly enough. The dinner was the highlight of our weekend – worth every penny. Thank you Joe, you're a star!

Having never experienced a private chef before, Joe not only met our expectations, but blew them away.
Incredibly friendly and personable, there was nothing awkward about having Joe and Rob in the house. They accommodated adults, kids and the occasional dog wondering through the kitchen as they prepared food and completely put us at ease.
Not only did they prepare the most delicious meal, but set the table, served the wine, presented each course with details of the sourcing / foraging of ingredients and left the kitchen immaculate afterwards as if they'd never been.
Would absolutely use Joe again if the occasion arose - worth every penny. Thank you Joe and Rob!

Joe cooked his taster menu for 10 family members on our 50th Wedding anniversary tasty food with everything beautifully presented, Joe is a natural host, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening and would highly recommend Joe and his team.

Joe cooked and served the most amazing meal for our guests celebrating our daughter’s wedding. Joe worked with the bride and groom to design and deliver a menu that reflected their individual personalities and passions. Despite a range of last minute unforeseen challenges Joe remained calm, cheerful and professional and delivered a truly amazing feast. Our guests have since commented saying how much they enjoyed their meals and how charming Joe and his team are. I cannot recommend Joe highly enough. Thank you!

Joe and his team catered for our wedding and were second to none. Our experience working with Joe and planning our July 4th themed BBQ wedding meal no-one could forget was amazing from start to finish. The quality of the food and the service was exceptional!

We asked Joe to cook a birthday lunch for Becky’s birthday and it was simply superb. Scallops pancetta and samphire cooked to perfection followed by a flawless roast chicken main course (all the trimmings of course) and finished with an ornate chocolate pudding with honeycomb and coconut ice cream. Courteous, professional and patient with our inquisitive 6 year old. We will hopefully be using Joe again and would strongly recommend him to other families. Thanks Joe.

Joe provide a 7 course tasting menu for my wife’s 60th birthday for 6 people.
All I can say is that it was truly amazing , have never tasted such fantastic food. We were all absolutely stuffed at the end of the meal.
Joe was also a wonderful host timing ever course to perfection .
Would highly recommend him for any occasion.

Joe cooked for my whole family whilst we stayed at Bossington Hall this Summer. He designed a wonderful menu, which included some canapes to start followed by 3 courses and a surprise gin and tonic sorbet course (which was to die for!). He even did special canapes for the kids and a variation of our menu also to keep them happy. He made the evening so very special for us and for our Dads 70th Birthday. I would highly recommend for a special occasion. Thank you Joe!

Joe cooked dinner for us in our holiday rental for six evenings last week. The food was superb, every evening another delight. Joe was so easy to have around, a lovely man, unobtrusively efficient whilst unperturbed by questions and people chatting away with him. We can recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone wanting an extra-special meal, or lots of them!

Joe came over to Wortham Manor to cook a special celebration 3 course meal for my birthday. There were 14 of us in total (various ages and dietary requirements). We were blown away by Joe's food and his approach - Joe had everything under control which made for a very relaxed evening.
I would definitely recommend Joe's services if you are after top notch food & service!
